Located on Costa Rica’s Pacific Coast in the Northern province of Guanacaste, about an hour and fifteen minute drive from Liberia International Airport, Tamarindo ( or T-Bay as it is known affectionately) is by far Northern Costa Rica’s hottest coastal destination. This former fishing village, set on a breathtaking strip of white sand beach, is home to crystal clear waters, as well as a wide variety of hotels, restaurants, tour services, stores, supermarkets and condominiums. Real estate and condominium prices are comparable to the more popular areas along the Central Pacific coast, such as Jaco Beach and Herradura, with condo prices steadily on the rise.
